Targeted assistance was provided to residents and internally displaced persons from Kharkiv.
Volunteers delivered food parcels to villages where people who moved from the affected areas of the city now live, as well as to those who did not leave their homes and continue to live in the empty and cold high-rise buildings of Severnaya Saltovka and Khartsyzsk Pipe.
