The Peace and Kindness Charitable Foundation, together with the Volunteer Movement and Banda Dobra, are initiating the Drinking Water for Southern Ukraine project, which aims to raise funds for the purchase of water storage tanks, delivery and provision of drinking water for cities and towns in Ukraine that are on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe due to military aggression, namely a shortage of drinking water for civilians.
Due to the constant shelling by the enemy, water pipelines and water supply systems in many settlements have been damaged and cannot be repaired due to active hostilities. As water is a vital resource for everyone, there is a great need to provide drinking water to civilians who remain in the hotspots of our country. In the first batch of aid, we plan to deliver 20 tonnes of water to Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
The cost of 8000 bottles of 5 litres – 80000 UAH
The cost of water 20 tonnes of water – 60000 UAH
Cost of logistics – 40000 UAH
The total cost of the project is 180000 UAH.
