The film "Region of Heroes" is the first large-scale film reconstruction of real heroic stories of ordinary Ukrainians. The team dedicated this project to all volunteers of Ukraine, who at the cost of their own lives saved and continue to save thousands of lives. The viewer will see a candid film confession about the events that took place in the very hell of enemy occupation: in Buch, Worzel, Gostomel, Irpen and other towns and villages. Each heroic confession is not about one person and his story, but about thousands of Ukrainian volunteers who represent the indomitable Ukrainian nation.

"The heroes of the film are brave residents of the Kyiv region. And they are only part of a great heroic nation. They are the personification of thousands of such volunteers-heroes throughout Ukraine. The Kyiv Regional Military Administration will continue to promote the filming of similar patriotic film projects in the region and support the Ukrainian film industry as a whole," said the Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba.

"Our film is dedicated to all volunteers of Ukraine. And he carries a charitable mission: "buy a ticket - keep a child warm." And I invite everyone to the cinema, because the funds collected from the film screenings will go towards the purchase of heaters for orphanages, as we are facing a hard winter. Ukrainian cinema will warm not only the soul," noted author and general producer Oleksiy Komarovskyi.
